We appreciate you providing us the screenshot that shows the transaction.
I have forwarded a request to refund the last charge shown in the screenshot and it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
However, I would still suggest that you completely cancel the subscription on your PayPal account to prevent another charge next month. — How-can-I-cancel-my-PayPal-subscription
