I cannot click on the form shared with me

Like instructed from the answer to the question I asked yesterday, I changed the email account back to the original one. But I figured out that the forms folder shared with me reappeared but I cannot click on it. It seems like no forms in it, while there were several ones before I changed the email last week. The person who shared it says he has no access to it anymore.

Oh no! No worries let's see what we can do, do you happen to know the username for the person who added you as a sub-user? The parent-user can try to re-add you as a sub-user id possible. If not, we will need authorization from the parent-user to be able to move the forms to your account.
