Submit button not working?

    I am having trouble with one of my forms - the Submit button seems to not work for participants.

    Instead of going to the redirect, it just stays there.

    I am using Chrome on a Macbook. I have got it to work on my phone (iOS) - previously this wasn't working but desktop was.

    Any ideas?

    I tested your form, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue with it, it submitted fine:

    Are you still able to replicate this problem?
