Cancel the subscription and refund the money

    Good morning,

    I logged in today to downgrade my subscription. My company recently went through a change in Cyber Security and our associates can no longer access your website to utilize this service. Can you please process a refund for the current charge to the our account?

    I have gone ahead and cancelled the subscription. Please expect the refund in 3-7 business days.
