We have compatibility & responsive issue in our form

when we try to open popup form in our iphone x safari. 
responsive issue stay there. 

As we check the form using the direct URL on an iPhone X - Safari browser, it seems to be working fine at our end. Could you let us know if you have the form embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue? If so, please share the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and assist you further.

Are you referring to the field labels being displayed out of the form borders on the mobile?

As we check your web page, it looks like that you are using a direct link to open the form on a pop-up normally. Could you try embedding the form using the Pop-up or light box embed method from the Publish wizard of your form.

Not only this issue. If you seethe video there is also more things that don’t function normal.

I also see that the some of the fields are not being displayed correctly from the form. Could you let us know if the issue persists when you try to access the form using the direct URL?

Also, the link seems to be removed from your web page. Would it be possible for you to add a temporary web page with the link to the form on lightbox embed so that we may be able to use it for reference to forward it to our backend team if necessary?
