Changing username

    Please be noted that the custom URLs will not work once the username is changed however, the direct links will be fine.

    Kindly confirm so that I can proceed further to change the username.

    Can you clarify what you mean? Are custom URLs just the URLS that link to the forms or is that something else?

    So if we change our username, we will lose all of the links to our current forms?

    The highlighted below is the direct link which would be as it is after changing the username:

    If any changes were made to this link it will not work after changing the username. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    The username must not be an email address. Please designate a new one. We can use NLALIMO.

    To check the availability of the username, open a new browser and go to our signup page here: https://www.jotform.com/signup/. Enter the username and you should see the message in green which means it is available and red color when unavailable. Please do not register the username, it is just for checking.

    As requested, I've changed your username to NLALIMO. Please log in again with your username and update custom form URLs if you have it for your forms.

    By the way, I checked and figured that you have a one-time payment only for the Silver plan. I don't see your new payment as a renewal. Are you processing that one too? Please do that while logged in on your new username.
