    Hello, 

    I am trying to gain to our institutional jotform account. The previous administrator to this account is no longer at our institution. 

    I have access to the email addresses that were likely linked to this account. However, when I try to reset the password, I never receive an email that allows for password reset. I've checked our institutional spam folder and it is also not there. 

    The email addresses that are likely linked to our account are pdc@alvincollege.edu or de@alvincollege.edu

    Nevermind. I tried my own email address and that worked.
