How to access shared form data?

Another preschool parent orgnanized a jotform to gather images and submissions for something.  She just changed my access so that it is no longer view only (not sure what it is).  But every time I try to click on an image from a submission in the form I get "WhOOPS" type errors.  

What do I need to do to be able to access the images from a form that I did not create myself?

The main owner probably had the privacy option enabled to login when viewing the submissions.
