Form stuck on "Please wait" for specific user in IE 11

    Hello,


    We have one specific user who is not able to submit a form that I created. They are trying to submit it using Internet Explorer 11, but it gets stuck on "Please wait" when they try to submit it. It works on other web browsers for them, and we tested it on another computer with IE 11 and it works just fine. We also tried clearing cache and cookies for the affected user. Do you have any ideas what might be causing this?

    This is not something common. I was able to submit a cloned version of your form using Internet Explorer 11. In theory, the issue might be caused by their browser settings (e.g. disabled javascript or something else). So they may try resetting their Internet Explorer settings.
