The emails are not being sent to the changed recipients

    I have recently changed who is supposed to be receiving copies of the form submission and I am understanding that the change has not taken place. Is there a lag time? How can I ensure that the submissions are going to the right people?

    Are you referring to the form titled 'TCO New Account Form' in your account? If so, I notice that there are a few conditions set on the form to change the email recipients. Please make sure that you change the email recipients in the conditions instead the recipients tab in the email notifications. Also, there are some conditions with missing fields that you may require to rectify.
