My jotform web page is in German

Hi whenever I load up the jotform website it comes up in German, under my settings my language is set to English so I'm not sure why it is doing this.

On your account's MyForms page — https://www.jotform.com/myforms, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select your preferred language.
