Need to confirm the MAC address on a form sent

I’m working on a monthly subscription and need to allow only a certain amount of devices to log in. So i need to confirm the MAC address of each device. 

Do you have a way of picking up the MAC address of the device that is sending a form back and add the MAC address to a field for us to reference on the back end?

Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available in jotform. However, you can get the IP address instead of the user's mac address.

You can also use the "Get Visitor Location Widget" to see the respondent's IP of your form.
