Upgrading our account

    Good day,


    I am trying to upgrade our account from the free package to the bronze package and I completed the credit card payment method but then the page froze so I'm not sure if the payment was processed or not?


    Please, can you have a look your side and let me know.

    I've checked our logs and I couldn't find any proof that you paid. Your account is currently on the Free plan. Could you please try to pay again?
