Changes not displayed on the website!?!?

why the color theme of the form not change when the form layout is on "single question in one page"?

Please let us know what is the form you're referring to and what exactly you would like to change?

Also, please be mindful that regarding the cards layout you mentioned, the color of the actual card cannot be changed, it will always be white.
