How to solve "This form has exceeded its allocated quota" problem

i created alot of forms in nabasoft.com by jotform plugin in wordpress website ,

and it stopped and i don't know the account it created by or how it has been done 

i want to know the plan for it and how to change it

can i know details for account associated to this website because i can't remember this account
