Receiving an error message while downloading the uploaded pdfs or documents from our form

    Hello,


    I have a problem seing documents that are uploaded on the jot form http://sveaviken.se/batplats/avtal-avgifter.html   I get error message such as this the whole time   https://www.jotform.com/uploads/PeterUddfors/90064119588361/4323609300318365319/Abnahmebericht.pdf 


    Can you please help

    I notice that your account is enabled with the option 'Require login to view uploaded files' in the Privacy section of your account settings.

    Please make sure that you are logged into your JotForm account in order to download the files or you may disable this option so that you should be able to download the files without logging into your JotForm account.

    Hello,


    Now it has happened at several occasions that I get the message "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"   and it says that I need to delete all cookies. I dont want to do that to avoid loosing functionality. Is there a way to only delete jotform cookies?    Br  PEter

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. That issue is caused by Google Chrome when the filename contains whitespace. However, Google fixed this issue in the new version of Google Chrome (Version 74.0.3729.108). Please check for your Google Chrome updates.
