Order Form question

    Hello.

I would like to know if there is a way to build an order form for products & services where it shows the customer the total but does not charge them.  I do not want the customers to pay for their items or services until the item is ready for pickup but I DO want them to be able to see their total due.  Right now I have it set up so that they enter in a coupon code [paylater] which takes 100% off.  However, I have gotten a few customers who don't read the instructions and still pay up front.  Any suggestions?

    Hi @NajaDavis

Thank you for reaching out to our Support Forum! After looking over your forms I was unable to find one that has a payment widget set up. There is a way to collect information and then charge them once the order is ready for pick up.

Using Paypal or Authorize.net, you can make your users make a payment but in authorize only mode. This means that you can charge them later on but your purchaser has given you an authorization for them to be charged.
