I sign into our account via google authentication ...how do I login to the mobile app? I don't know my password and can't change my password because I don't know it.

If you are automatically logged in every time you open JotForm, please log out and click on LOGIN>Forgot Password?>enter your email address>click on Send Reset Instructions, like so:
