What does the 500 Total Submission Storage mean?

Also ,what does it mean when it says I have 500 submissions?  Is that something I can refresh/delete?

If your account is on a free subscription the 500 submissions refer to the total number of submissions (in all the forms) that can be stored in your account.

The count, unlike the monthly submissions or the form views limit, doesn't reset every month. When your account reaches the 500 submissions limit, the oldest submission in the account will be automatically deleted to make room for the new incoming submissions.

Upgrading your account to any of our paid plans will grant your account unlimited submission storage.
