Fillable PDF cannot be submitted

I have been in touch with you on a number of occasions regarding an unsolved problem. We created a PDF form and sent a test that worked.  It was then distributed to a client's offices globally and I am inundated with the forms attached to emails that cannot be submitted having received an error message.  We tried to submit them ourselves and received the same message:

"Invalid Server Response http://submit.jotform.com/submit.php"

Your last message suggested it was because the form had not been fully completed - so we filled in the blanks and pressed submit and still the same message.

Can you please help me to resolve this problem because at present we have no means of entering into the database the 40 forms sent by email and we are now receiving complaints from the senior management of our client saying we are inconveniencing their offices with this problem.

Even if we can enter the forms sent by email into the database that would help.  I would be grateful if you will treat this as urgent.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you please tell us the form URL of the form to which this issue is related to?

You can also send us the fillable PDF so we can test submit it on our end.
(Upload the PDF to your google drive and give us the download link)

I sent a copy of the form that could not be submitted to Abby and Diana but did not receive a response.  Perhaps you can check with them - abby@jotform.com

Let me check it out to them. If they received it then I'll ask them to test it and update you here.

I received a copy of the fillable PDF you are referring to. Could you let us know if we can submit it to test it from our end? Also, please provide us with the form URL of the online form version of this fillable PDF.
