I canceled and downgraded my subscription a while ago and I was still charged.

    I canceled and downgraded my subscription a while ago and I was still charged $20. I'm looking for refund.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. The subscription(I-DM6DR1EF3U9R) was being paid through PayPal, unfortunately, it can only be cancelled at PayPal's end. I can see that you have already done it. 

    We will refund the last payment from that subscription, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.
