How can I view my conditional questions in preview mode?

I added this question to my form: http://prntscr.com/noeia1

But when I view the form, I don't see the question. Why?

You added a condition on your question and in preview mode you couldn't see the question field unless you filled your 13th question. 

After filling the 13th question field as "other", you will see your last question.

It must have added the condition based upon how or where I added the question. I didn't set the condition. But it is working now, so thank you.
