Form payment field is missing

I created a jotform. It’s been filled out. And now there’s nothing. And my payment which was hooked up through square is nowhere. 

The link still works  but when I login it’s gone. 

Im NOT happy. Please help. 

I have checked the form and it seems it is under the account carlacoroy.

I used the Form URL and I was able to view the payment field in the form.

I have also checked the the form in the account and the payment fields are present.

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache or use another browser in viewing your form?
