Issues with my account

So I went to log in today and my account says its suspended and my forms have gone.

I recently requested some support and now my account is gone. 

Could you please help me find out why.

Upon review of your account it was found your form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/70715812626355 was collecting ID uploads. This is not allowed since our upload buttons are not designed nor intended to protect sensitive information. Please refrain from using this tool for that purpose.
