Quickbase: Add integration in Jotform

I have a simple Jotform that uses PayPal for ticket orders:

I am trying to use Zapier to create records in my existing Quickbase app whenever someone buys tickets on this form. But the PayPal payment field seems to be one long string when it comes from Jotform, rather than individual fields for each ticket type/price/quantity. My Quickbase table is set up with individual fields for each ticket type/total/etc.

Is there a better way to set up my ticket form (still using PayPal) so that it will integrate with Quickbase via Zapier? I thought I could only have one PayPal field per Jotform.

Would appreciate any help from someone who has used Zapier to create new records in Quickbase upon Jotform submission.

Based on your screenshot, it seems that the issue is with Quickbase interpreting Jotform's payment integration. The solution here is either Quickbase creates a fix that identifies Jotform payment field and separate its values or Jotform creates an integration with Quickbase

Please note that Jotform doesn't have an integration with Quickbase yet so what I can do is elevate your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

We can't give you any timeframe but we'll notify you on this same thread when there's an update.
