PDF Document: Not all pages are included in PDF and the pages are not in order.

    Hello,

    I have a question. The form I created has 9 pages. However, when it comes to PDF we get fewer pages. Page 3 from the application on PDF gets relocated to page 2 and so on. Its for the school purposes and for us its really important to be able to receive the application response in the same way as it was filled out. Each page of our application has a signature or initials at the bottom. However, on PDF version it doesn't come out the same way and we can see the signature or initials in the middle of the page. I attached a sample application for your reference.

    Is there any way to fix it?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form's submission PDF and it seems to display correctly in 9 pages with the same order as you have configured in PDF editor. Please check the screenshot below:

    Does this issue happen with the submission PDF which is received in submission email as attachment? Can we go ahead and add our own email as your form recipient to test this issue?
