Could you please provide more information on your inquiry? Is there some issue with the Postcode input?

Thank you for the provided screenshot.

I am not sure if this can fix the issue, but what you can try is configuring the Stripe field to get a billing address from the form Address field. You can do this via Additional Gateway Settings of the Stripe field.

Alternatively, you may need to disable the address verification check in your Stripe account.

Hi I did the address change,

Can you check its been completed correctly.

Im not sure why most postcodes work and some do not. are they not recognised in the jotform system?

    Thanks

As far as I see you have set the integration correctly. The Stripe integration is checking the zip code on in the payment field its own side. I think changing the billing address will help you. Please contact us if the issue persists.

So you think it should be sorted now or do I need to do something else? I'm not sure what to do.

The error provided was related to the payment details verification. That was not something related to the JotForm verifications. Stripe's Radar includes a default rule to block any payments that fail ZIP code verification, which can be enabled or disabled within the Stripe Dashboard. Now your Stripe field is properly configured to pass the customer's billing address to the Stripe. Hopefully, this will improve the situation. So you may leave it as is for now and see if the situation has been improved.

It's failed again I believe could this be linked to the fact it could be different postcodes used for sign up and payment I. E. Card not registered at same postcode?

As mentioned previously, the zip code / postcode error encountered by the user is most probably not related to JotForm verification side.

I researched about this and I found the answer in the Stripe payment help documents.

You can check on the link below the mentioned of payment verification checks that involves the zip code /postcode on Stripe side.

I hope this help. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
