Field Manager app does not load forms of HIPAA complaint account.

    I keep getting a non specific error message that it couldn't load forms and to try again.

    Any idea why?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and you seems to have enabled HIPAA compliance. 

    When I tested the "Field Manager" app in HIPAA complaint account and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It seems to display "SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN FETCHING FORMS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN."  message.

    I am escalating this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

    I have the same issue with HIPPA complant Account! Please help

    Let me please inform you that HIPAA-enabled accounts use a different environment with more strict policies. The Field Manager app is not currently compatible with the HIPAA-enabled accounts.

    However, a ticket has been already escalated to our developers to see if this is something that can be improved. This support thread will be updated if we have any news.
