How can we ensure that changes made to forms will be carried over when confirmation/reminder emails are sent?

Hello, we have had a few issues come up where we have changed the Form Title "Class Name, Date, Time, Location" on the top of the page and saved all changes in the form itself, email and reminder confirmation as well. When it comes time for the email reminder to auto-send, it does not reflect the updated information.

For example, a class originally scheduled 8-12pm was changed to 1-5pm. All changes saved. Email reminder still auto-populates 8-12 to the receivers.

We are not sure why or how this is happening but it is causing some problems and confusion with our hospital staff as we are the department in charge of coordination of staff classes.

    Thank you

Is the issue related to your Scheduled Autoresponder Email?

I checked the content of the email and the time is 1-5pm.

Please note that the users will receive the contact of the email that was set at the time they submitted the form. So if you edited the Autoresponder Email after they submitted the form, they will still receive an Autoresponder Email with the old contact, because that is the email that was scheduled.
