Is there any way to recover lost/deleted contracts?

I am trying to recover a contract from last July/August. When I updated my contract templates a few months ago all of my past data disappeared, and I wasn't too worried about it until now. 

Is there any way to find if a contract can be recovered?

On your account, there is a Trash folder on the left-hand side. When you access this folder you will see all the forms you have trashed including the submission data.
