Can I transfer my forms to another account?

I did some work for a client and now no longer work for them. I would like them to take over this account so I can have a new one for my own forms OR pass this forms on to them.

Is that possible?

They have rebuilt their website and not sure if they are using the form any more but they might like to keep the forms submitted.
