How to test a form without increasing the submissions limit?

I have not yet published my form and have not received any submissions, but each time I edited my form or created a new one, as I was learning the program, the submission count would continue to rise. I even deleted the old forms and cleared the cache. Is there any way to reset the submission form count so that I do not run out of submissions for the month when I do publish it?

I have recalculated your usage and the submissions limit was reset to 0, note that the submissions counter should not increase if you're testing the form while you're logged into your account, using the same browser and without using incognito mode.
