Problem with update account

Hi,

Im have two accoutns (celulacadastro and flavia.figueiredo) The Second account which I pay I linked with the other but now I cant create forms in the second account if Im log in with the first account, can you help me?

I checked the second account you mentioned (flavia.figueiredo), but I did not find any account associated with that username. Could you please check and see if you gave us the correct username?

Sorry, it is flaviafigueiredo without the dot. I can check it forms and I could create form in that account but now isnt possible. What I have to do to make this possible?

I see. You can create a form to celulacadastro account. However, it will not have the same feature as the forms in your silver plan account. Please note that sub-users are only allowed to edit the form and view submissions of the shared forms.

What you can do is create a form in your account and then move it to the shared folder.
