Barcode scanner not working

Hi,

I just signed up for a paid subscription and I am having trouble.  I used the barcode widget and it is not working consistently.  I am not sure if I am doing something wrong.  Is it not available when embedding on a webpage?  It is also not working on the jotForm link when emailed to myself.  Please help

I think you have used the script embed code while embedding the form into your webpage. We highly recommend the users to use iframe embed code while embedding. The widget is working with the iframe embed code. And the scanned value is showing in the notification email.
