How to disable form submission if request is less than 24 hours?

I need to make one of my forms disabled if the person completing the form is asking for pre or after care (for a preschool) less than 24 hours in advance. I see how I can disable specific dates (for school closures) but I would also like to make sure someone could not complete the form with less than 24 hours notice.

You may use conditions to disable your submit button.

Can you please explain further how to determine if the user receive a 24 hr notice?
