    I cancelled my bronze subscription months ago.. Why are you still taking payments?

    Our apologies. For Paypal subscriptions, clicking the downgrade/cancel button in the billing page will only send us a cancellation request to our support email. The assigned team will then do the process. 

    I see that you have already canceled the subscription. I went ahead and sent a refund request to our billing team for your last payment. Our refund timeframe is within 4-10 business days.

    No, I cancelled months ago so I want all the months I paid back as a refund
    - not just one month.

    Hi Kevan,

    I'm sorry, but I only see a request you made at 11:41 today. I checked our logs, but I couldn't find any other requests sent to our support email for your account. When did you cancel by the way? Like, 3 months ago?

    Unfortunately, we can only refund the last two payments if the request is valid. This is a kind of restriction put to us by Paypal. I have adjusted the refund request to 2 months.
