Showing Poll Results on the Thank-You page of the form

Is there a way to have the poll results show up once someone clicks submit?

When someone submits your form, they can either be redirected to an external link (outside JotForm) or they can also be redirected to the form's own Thank-You page. The Thank-You page of the form has formatting tools that you can use. Data entered in the form fields when the form is submitted can also appear on the Thank-You page. You can also set your form to redirect to different Thank-You pages based on the answer(s) your respondents entered in your form using conditions.

Want to embed a fun poll with just one question on a website. When people
vote and click submit I want the poll results to show.
Question is what is your favorite ice cream flavor
vanilla
chocolate
strawberry
etc. . .

I have created a Sample Form that is based on your requirements.

When you submit the form, you will be redirected to the Visual Report I have created for the form which shows a (Bar) graph of the results of all the answers made to the Multiple Choice field in the form.

In addition to what my colleague has advised you, you can add a report/chart to your Thank You page by copying its link and use Redirect to External Link option. Here's how it's done for your reference:

The data presented on the chart will be updated every time a new submission is received.
