How do I calculate the total number of each answer from multiple choice questions?

Hoping someone can help me on the Seasonality portion of my form (toward the bottom). We're trying have the customer assign a value to each of the 12 months - lean, average, best. The way I have it set up now may not be the best way to even ask this question but right now it's just a standard multiple choice for each month.

What I want is to calculate the total number of lean months and list which months they are, total number of average months and list what they are, etc.

I'm hoping there is a widget that would do something like this or a calculation formula I can use.

    EDIT:

While waiting on an answer I created a new form as a test to try out a different way of calculating which might be closer to correct but it's still not perfect. Here is the form

I assigned a value of 1 to each month and each list of months gets totaled. If done this way, is it possible to keep them from being able to select the same months for two different columns (eg assigning January as both "lean" and "average") and is it possible to force the total of the 3 columns to be 12? Like having each of the 3 totals calculated to add up to 12 and if that number isn't 12 they can't submit the form?

    Hi Eric!

I would like to say your form and calculations were done nicely! Looking further into your form, unfortunately, I was unable to find a possible workaround to make it so once a month is selected on one column it will either hide or possibly grey out on the other two columns.

However, after cloning your test form I was able to hide the Submit button if the Total did not equal 12. I set up conditional logic to achieve this.

Thank you, this was helpful. If anyone else happens to see this and knows of a workaround for making sure they can't select the same month for multiple seasons, please follow up. Thank you!
