404 error message when viewing customer's attachment

    My customers have been uploading attachments through jotform on my website but I am unable to view the attachments they submitted through the jotform email and they are not able to view it from the email sent by jotform.  When I click on the link to view the attachment, I receive a whoops message that the page you were looking for could not be found and the submitter of the attachment receives the same message when they click on attachment link from the jotform email.

    Please assist.  Thank you!
