I received a message in my account telling me that I reached my Submissions Storage Limit

    Hello a message popped up that my account has reached it's submission limit and now it appears that all my submissions were deleted. Can you confirm that this is what happened and how do I go about retrieving my submissions?

    Hi LFDjotforms,

    Your Economy Yearly subscription (INT150520-6210-80374S) was canceled on May 20, 2019, due to non-payment. You are downgraded to the free plan on June 2, 2019.

    The free plan is limited to 500 Total Submissions Storage only. This limit won't disable your forms. However, the system will continue to delete your excess or old submissions in the account to keep you on the limit. 

    You may consider upgrading to our Storage plan so that you can keep your submission data in our system. The storage plan will have you unlimited submissions storage for the account.
