Hi,
Any time I view a jotform submission in my email, I get an Error message any time someone attaches a reference file. I think this is a bug, since when I login to jotform I am able to see the attachments no problem. Would be nice to have this fixed since it's inconvenient to either ask the people to resend their attachments or have to log in to view them each time. I am using Chrome for my browser and my email client is Gmail.

You may want to check your Account Privacy settings. Make sure to disable the Require log-in to see submissions and Require log-in to view uploaded files options to fix the issue.
