Form fields are not posting online line as created?

    Something is wrong the fields I created on the form they are not posted on the live form version, please take a look asap!

    Some fields are not shown on your live form, because they are conditional and the conditions were set for the fields you deleted from the form.

    To resolve the issue, you need to delete, disable or fix your conditions.
