On one of my new forms, the date field does not show when a copy of the booking form for my clients is emailed to me - so I don't know when they want to book. Can you advise?

I cloned your form to replicate the issue. However, it seems to be working on my end. Once submitted, I was able to receive an email containing the dates. It is also included in the submissions data:
I have cleared your form cache. Kindly test a submission on your end and let us know if the issue still persists, so we could check on this further.
