Our users received a wrong PDF format and also received a wrong PDF data

    I assume you have recently made a change, at least to PDFs. I got a message from one of our users that the format of a PDF he received when finishing the CLOSEOUT MEETING form, wasn't formatted correctly. I went in an cleaned up the PDF in the Editor, when I sent it to him, he recieved the a PDF from a different record. I recieved an email from another user that the same thing had happened to him. I was looking to see if I could figure out what was happening and recieved a call from our IT department that the same thing had happened on a different Jotform. 

    Is this something you are aware of? Will it be fixed soon?

    Our apologies for the troubles and inconvenience this may have caused to your end.

    The wrong PDF data was fixed yesterday, and the old PDF format issue was reported today and have already patched by our developers a few minutes ago. Kindly check and please let us know if the issue persists to your end.
