Jotform Down and no forms work

Hi I recently switched over to Jotform and I noticed today that none of my forms are working and I then saw that jotform itself seems down. I have also noticed recently the system seemed slow and a little buggy. I am getting a little nervous as I run a business and if your server goes down that is the end of all our forms. I used to use Gravity forms and never had this issue. Can someone please explain what is happening. Thanks

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and your business. You are correct the system was down briefly due to updates to our servers. If you can try once more everything should look exactly as it did before. 

If in the future our system goes down all your forms will be intact including your submission data! Rest assured the issue is now fixed and you can access your forms.
