Why am I not able to free up space after I deleted 2 files?

I have been using the basic same forms for the last several years, and only modifying minor line items, like dates, etc.  with the form limits I deleted previous years forms, which I have just done, but has made no difference in my free space.  I have logged out and back in and still shows full.  How do I rectify this?  We only expect a handful more submissions this year.

You'll have to delete it from your trash folder as well.
