    Hey there!

    I got this situation:

Need to disable the "go back" browser's function after an user finish a form (at thanks page).

If the user want to take another survey he musto to start a new one, without the previous data.

I need to disable this function, since we have two forms that work together: In the first form the data (ID) is sent so that the second form generates a QR code with that ID.

If the user completes the final form and then returns back, then he completes one again but the ID is not updated.

    Could you help me?

Unfortunately, disabling the go back browser's button is not possible. If you want to create a save and continue workaround, you need to:

    1) Add basic fields in the first form to ask for the basic information such as the name and email.

    2) Add page break fields in your second form to be able to generate a session link.

    3) Follow this guide to implement the Save and Continue feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
