Why created form stuck on submitting?

One of our forms seems to freeze when you click submit.

Upon filling it in, you click submit and the form just says please wait and doesn't progress.

We can't seem to see an obvious reason for this.

Haven't had this issue with any other forms we have created.

Hopefully and easy fix.

I cloned your form, but I was not able to replicate the issue. It seems the encryption causes the form not to submit. Though I tried it in the clone form and it works fine.

Could you please try disabling your form encryption and make a test submission? If it works then you can enable the encryption and test it again. If it does not work, please get back to us so that we can further investigate and test your form.

I have tried that and it seems to work now.

Not sure why encryption would be the issue this time as it hasn't before.
