Problem with Zapier connection

    I tried to connect my form to a spreadsheet via zapier and I was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned. Can you please tell us the app you're trying to connect to jotform?

    Also, since I can't replicate the issue on my end and Zapier works fine. I suggest contacting zapier support as well since that error is from zapier.

    Hey, I was trying to connect it to RESPONDER app on Zapier.
    I will contcat them as well.

    Is it possible that the form I have on  Jotform too big?

    We did not define a limit for the form fields. But each field can contain 125,307 characters with space which is equivalent to 128.33 KB.

    In fact, the issue is located on Zapier's backend.
    You can divide your forms into two parts. You are able to redirect the users to second part by changing the Thank you page of the first part. Please let us know if this workaround works for you.
