I am unable to edit the form when fields are hidden on the old submissions page

Using the old format for viewing submission, I am unable to edit a submission. When it comes to a hidden field it shifts everything so that i cant access the options. All screens thereafter are shifted and when it comes to the final screen i can't access the submit button.

I have an additional screen shot showing a blank screen on question 34

Our apologies, but I cannot replicate this problem on your form. I have also tried this on a new form, and still, the field is displayed correctly.

Anyways, I'd suggest keeping the new sheets page since you have opted to use that. That's better in terms of viewing the submissions unless you have feedback about it which we can forward to our backend team.

If you are experiencing the same problem on the new sheets page, please let us know, and we'll check further.

You can only see the issue if you choose admin… otherwise I have hidden the feeds with conditional statements

Our apologies for the continuous issues.

Still, I cannot replicate the problem. I think this happens because the edit frame is not fully loaded in the browser. Have you tried reloading the page when that happens? I think reloading the page should solve that. I checked your form with Firefox.

Do you have other browsers installed on your device? Please try checking the edit view there to see if you can reproduce.

As for the items that you cannot edit on the sheet view, what items are that? Would you mind providing us with more details about it? I think this requires a new thread.
